Here is the information you need if you are applying for a sabbatical.

Our process is different from what is on the TeachNZ site.
Please follow these steps:

PPCBU members will access the form the same as everybody else by clicking the link on the TeachNZ website, logging into their ESL and then clicking “Primary principals’ Sabbatical form”. There is only one PPS form, and everybody will apply through here.

To aid PPCBU members’ application process the MoE has developed guidelines that will outline the changes such as; PPCBU members are eligible, they are not required to submit a sabbatical report, and the fields that are no longer required.

The team who will be processing the applications are aware of these changes and will be available to assist you with any queries they may have. I have attached a copy of the final form (attached) to allow you to prepare for your application online.
In regards to future rounds, the MoE will be able to build and implement the new form PPCB has approved.
